What is expected of our admins?

We expect our admins to be mature and more than fair. We do not have any patience for abusive admins.
The ideal at Mamma Jamma's is "let 'em run and let's have fun!!".
We want admins who assist people and keep it fun, not act as secret police.
We don't want a lot of rules that become restrictions. Just the usual stuff of no hax, no racism, and no teamkilling/wounding.
We ask players not to make cheat accusations. It just wrecks the mood of well-fought games when people start cheat accusing. Most accusations are just the result of the frustrations of less-skilled players.
FF is usually off - so there is not a lot of tk policing. However, when it is on, a couple warnings, and then a boot. If the person returns to tk again, then a ban.
We expect our admins to be friendly and provide helpful assistance to players obviously new to DOD.
This is a pub server. EVERYONE is to be afforded respect and consideration. We want to be friendly and welcoming to all who show a positive attitude. Whether someone is a total newbie, highly skilled, or clan affiliated is not a reason to treat them better or worse than anyone else.
We feel a strong core of mindful admins is critical to the success of a server.
We intend to develop a solid core of about 50 admins who will be playing regularly at Mamma Jamma's.
We want our admins to commit to playing regularly at the server. In that way players will feel confident that it is a server that is relatively free from jerks.
Having admins playing during peak hours will help make the server popular.
Having active admins on our server who enable map changes, or other votes, is a good thing.
We believe our admins can help make Mamma Jamma's a positive server in the DOD community.
Admins are expected to keep up-to-date with postings at Mamma Jamma's Forums.
If admins do not regularly attend the forum they may have admin powers suspended. We want our admins to be current regarding server philosophy and admin protocol and to participate in discussions in the Private Admin section of the Forum.
Mamma Jamma's admins who demonstrate responsibility over time will be enabled with further admin powers.
Admining at Mamma Jamma's is a privilege. It can be revoked.
